Dear Unit owners of World Shops:

I have received the mpac letter from many of the owners but not all.
Please be aware this is the last opportunity to apply for reduction the Taxes by hiring the Altus Group company in order to adjusting the: mpac Property Assessment amount.
They said they would not charge in advance. They will get 35% of the Tax saving ,if they could reduce the Tax.
The condition are in their agreement and you will read it before signing.
So please email me your mpac notice by Wednesday Feb03/16.
